Imagination brought to light
When I was in preschool, my favorite time of day was when I was allowed to draw and paint. I try to keep that sense of exploration and play alive in my work. I have discovered my love for art is a deep part of soul where I can express art in a place where it is a revelation of a spritual experience that brings you to another parallel of quantum interconnectedness of space. There is neither right or wrong in art. It is a beautiful freedom and acceptance. It is a sanctuary of peace and contemplation. All of these and more , therefore is my being a full intuitive artist.
I use mainly acrylics and pastels. My latest projects have expand into clay as well. Each idea manifests in its own individual style.
"My journey as an artist is deeply rooted in love, loss, and resilience. My mother, who bravely battled breast cancer and Alzheimer's and passed away in 2015, taught me the value of strength and compassion. Her memory continues to inspire me every day. My children, who have been my pillars of support through unimaginable loss, including the sudden passing of their father,, my late husband who passed in 2016, remind me daily of the power of love and perseverance. Through art, I honor their legacy and find solace. 💛"
